Guildford Landing Function Centre is just 30 minutes from the Perth CBD, 10 minutes from the airport and within walking distance of the Guildford Train Station. If you’re planning an all day event and participants would like a break there are beautiful historic buildings, leafy parklands and gardens all within a few minutes walk.

We have three reception areas available –

• The Heritage Room which is excellent for large groups in either theatre style or seated at tables;
• The Boardroom which works well for smaller business meetings and presentations or cocktail parties; and
• the Alfresco Courtyard which is ideal for sundowners, champagne breakfasts and luncheons.

Delicious menus for breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, cocktail parties, and morning and afternoon teas can be developed with your specific scheduling, dietary and budget requirements in mind.

We can also assist with planning an effective room layout and assist with your audio visual requirements.

Guildford Landing also has two accommodation suites on the premises. The Deluxe Spa Suite and the Valley View Suite. When holding conferences or seminars these suites can be ideal as a base for event organisers, interstate guests and seminar presenters.
